Account Deletion Process

1. Review

   All your personal information is collected by the school admin at the time of admission to the school. And this information is essential to keep your account operational such that getting regular updates, homework, assignments, fees information and fee payment and transport related operation. Your data is safe with our system. Before proceeding with the deletion request, we encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and shared.

2. Admission Cancellation

   At the time of school completion or admission Cancellation, school admin will deactivate your account and delete your personal information and the only data will be preserve like name,admission year, leaving year to generate your School Leaving Certificates.

3. Account Deletion request

   To initiate the account deletion process, please follow the below steps:

   1. Visit schol office and submit the admission cancellation or account deletion request to the admin.
   2. Provide student name, registered mobile numbner, email address and relevant information to the admin.
   3. Admin will process your reqeust as per school policy and deactivate your account accordingly

4. Confirmation

   After submitting your account deletion request from, you will receive a acknowledging receipt of your request

5. Review and Processing

   Our team will review your request and verify the information provided. This process may take some time, and we appreciate your patience. Once the verification is complete, we will proceed with the deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Final Confirmation

   Once your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a final confirmation email. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your personal information, including account data and associated content, will be permanently removed from our systems.
